Mission Statement
The goal of the Junior Wildcats Youth Basketball Program is to:
Philosophy
The Junior Wildcats emphasize consistent effort and growth as a player. We believe in pushing teammates to improve, supporting them through challenges, and maintaining confidence in oneself. Competitive basketball often reveals character, and our program uses these moments to help players develop strong, positive values that will benefit them both on and off the court.
Academic Success
The Junior Wildcats recognize the importance of academics in the development of student-athletes. Sports should never take precedence over school requirements. If a conflict arises, players should notify their coach immediately. We ask parents to support this balance, encouraging academic achievement alongside athletic growth.
